WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?

  • We take all major credit cards, cash and checks.

WHAT ARE YOU PAYMENT TERMS?

  • Typical installations or service calls payment is due at that time.

  • Jobs that may take a day or two a deposit may be requested and final payment upon completion of the job.

  • Large scale jobs over time will require deposits.  Typical deposits are 60% at beginning or rough in stage and 40% upon completion.

  • Most deposits are done on a case by case basis depending on the customers job.

HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

  • Call the office at 919-796-5355.  During our slow season appointments are typically readily available.  During our busy Springs, Summer months, and holiday celebrations the typically book fast so don't wait if you know a specific time.

DO YOU WARRANTY YOUR WORK?

  • We warranty our work and offer the manufacturers equipment warranty on items that we have purhcased through our distributors based on the manufacturers warranty and requirements.  We can NOT warranty your equipment that was previously owned or not purchased through our distributors.
